How to Apply

To apply for a rental property, download and complete the lease application on this page. 

 

Return the completed application, in person, to our offices along with:

 

  • $50/adult application fee

  • copies of photo ID's

  • copies of recent pay stubs and/or other proof of income

  • Bank statement

Applicants should have a good rental history and an income equal to or exceeding 3x the rental price.
